Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. A towel and clean shoes, slippers or slides/sandals are useful. You may prefer to wear socks. Swim attire is optional for the sauna or shower/rinse-off station.

For your first visit, we’ll welcome you, explain the experiences and help you get comfortable.

Some experiences are individual; saunas and the cold exposure room may be shared. You’re welcome to keep to yourself or socialize with fellow Members.
